About Dale Jr. Central
Earnhardt Jr. Online was officially opened in early 2000,
at about the same time Dale Earnhardt, Jr. began his first full Winston Cup season driving
the No. 8 Bud Chevy. With the latest news, pictures and information about Dale Jr.,
Earnhardt Jr. Online grew quickly into one of the Internet's most known NASCAR driver
web sites. Earnhardt Jr. Online continued to serve NASCAR fans through the end of the 2001
season.
Toward the end of the 2001 season, Earnhardt Jr. Online was
closed and in it's place, a new Dale Jr. site, Dale Jr. Central, was opened. The name and
URL were new, but the tradion of providing Internet users with the best and latest Dale
Jr. news as well as ground breaking fan interaction features continued. Dale Jr. Central,
a not-for-profit site, is not affiliated with DEI, NASCAR or Budweiser.
