Dale Earnhardt, Inc. (DEI) is a diverse corporation specializing in NASCAR-related ventures. Based on a 350-acre facility in Mooresville, NC, DEI currently fields NASCAR Winston Cup teams for Dale Earnhardt Jr., Steve Park, and Michael Waltrip. With more than 200,000 square feet of workspace encompassing four separate facilities, DEI is considered by many of racing's insiders to be one of the benchmarks from which others are judged.

DEI secured four NASCAR championships in five seasons in the Busch Series and the Craftsman Truck Series, and DEI drivers Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Steve Park combined to win four Winston Cup races during the 2000 season. DEI drivers Michael Waltrip and Earnhardt Jr. also finished 1-2 in the 2001 Daytona 500.

DEI was founded by seven-time NASCAR Winston Cup champion Dale Earnhardt and is currently headed by Teresa Earnhardt.
